Not even remotely FAST! Hear the world’s best love song to Bacon!
https://soundcloud.com/farmerjohn-1/bacon-baby
Here is a pretty awesome 80s style power ballad I wrote and produced for Farmer John’s for their Facebook page, through their agency Golin Harris. Not much to add, except thanks to Gabe Deutsch in LA for vocals and guitar and Jacques Deveau in Montreal for the mix.
That’s Celine Dion’s drummer banging those toms! Do you have a special love song you want to dedicate to food? It doesn’t have to be salty pork, but if you’re most people it probably will be.
Faster cities: The Economist suggests public transportation might be better if it’s free.
Anyone who takes the bus or the subway will be intrigued by this article. If the goal is more riders, why not make the damn things free? Better efficiency is one of the unexpected benefits. Can you see any other upsides? Downsides? I’ll throw one of the latter in to get the discussion going and please don’t hate me for suggesting this… rolling homeless shelters. Donkey Punch! More photos from Route 66.
Think FAST… Donkey Swarm! Route 66 outside Oatman, AZ.
Imagine my surprise landing on this. Like a scene from The Birds starring donkeys. What you don’t see is one of them wandering around my car trying to get in. If nothing else happens to me on this trip, I’ll still be happy.
#Route 66 first part of the journey: Kingman, Barstow, San Bernadino.
Route 66
Here is roughly the route I am following, conveniently laid out in scorching hot downtown San Bernadino.
Bye bye LA <3
Toronto’s FAST MAYOR caught smoking crack!
I couldn’t resist. Read the Toronto Star article here.
Boy they grow up FAST! A happy turn of events for the star wars kid.
Great whatever-happened-to article that totally warrants revisiting, especially with all of the new found, year long overdue interest in bullying. In one of the first ever videos to go viral – originally posted on kazaa, which should take you back – Ghyslain Raza suffered embarrassment and mockery on a never before seen scale. Now 25 and a McGill law graduate, he speaks of the ordeal and how for many years it ruined his life. Looking at him as a grown man is an inspiration. It’s just feels great to see him happy and successful after the crap he had thrown at him. So whatever pain, shame, or humiliation you’ve suffered, get over it FAST. That’s the key. And share it with your friends below. That’s why we’re here. And happy Mother’s Day!
